It is a dream come true.

For many years, I questioned the best way to pass on the knowledge I have acquired and to give back to my country what cinema and visual storytelling have given me doing so in an effective, responsible, and sustainable way.
After several years of work, reflection, and commitment, this question finally took shape through Génération Djanm, a project rooted in rural communities and designed as a space for learning and creation, primarily dedicated to young girls. Through workshops focused on visual arts, imagery, and storytelling, we aim to provide them with practical tools to express themselves, develop a thoughtful perspective on their environment, and tell their own stories.
The project unfolds across various spaces that we envision as true creative incubators, particularly in the Southern and South-Eastern departments of Haiti. These places become environments of learning, trust, and empowerment, where participants have the opportunity to fully explore their artistic potential.
Génération Djanm is, above all, a vision: that of strong, aware, and creative young girls, capable of reclaiming images to assert their voices and use them as a powerful lever for both personal and collective transformation.
